You snatch away peace

From sinless humans

And promise that their hardships will cease.

You lie, you hurt, you kill

in the name of dieties, and

a grave fear of war, you instill!

Somewhere in the whole wide world,

Families are torn apart

Poor children, they curl

Left in an oblivion of the strange happenings,

Needlessly thousands of lives are given up,

Yet, the system continues to be maddening.

Love, tenderness and benignity is lost

The corpses buried heartlessly,

The land is now covered with bleak frost, Loved ones longing to meet, now isolated

For they are now astray,

From bliss,

From Verity,

From life,

From the world,

Wanting and praying, that you'll stop

the inhumanity,

the cruelty,

You will just stop, one fine day.
